The Story Behind
Young Wild & Freelance.

Young Wild & Freelance is a family-owned Australian business led by Managing Director Edwin, with support from Client Relationship Manager Henriette and Operations Manager Dylan.

Dylan’s journey began on a Working Holiday Visa in Australia, where he saw the value of financial flexibility and dynamic work environments.
He also noticed how challenging it was for many job seekers to find suitable temporary jobs, while employers struggled with lengthy and frustrating recruitment processes, often disappointed by the quality and commitment of selected staff.

When Dylan made the move from the Netherlands to Australia permanently, he suggested to his parents - both successful entrepreneurs - that they set up a business with a focus on solving these problems.
