The Story Behind
Young Wild & Freelance.
Young Wild & Freelance is an Australian family-owned business, managed by Directors Henriette and Edwin, supported by Operations Manager Dylan.
Having discovered Australia on a Working Holiday Visa, Dylan experienced firsthand the value of financial flexibility and the benefits of dynamic working environments.
At the same time he learnt that many travellers found it challenging to find suitable temporary jobs and that most employers considered the recruitment process lengthy and frustrating, in particular because the quality and commitment of the selected staff often did not meet their expectations.
When Dylan permanently moved from the Netherlands to Australia he advised his parents Henriette and Edwin, both succesful entrepreneurs, to set up a business based upon the following building blocks:
- A centralized social media platform where job seekers can quickly connect with opportunities in their preferred field of work;
- Trusted partnerships with employers seeking both short-term and semi-permanent (or even permanent) workforce solutions, guaranteeing a thorough assessment of candidates and freeing clients from time-consuming selection procedures as well as the administrative hassle.
Young Wild & Freelance understands the essence of personal recruitment; we have an intimate understanding of the capabilities and availability of job seekers.
Leveraging our extensive network, knowledge of the tech industry, practical experience and academic knowledge, Young Wild & Freelance thus is in the perfect position to optimally service both the Employer's and Job seeker's side of the temporary and the semi-permanent employment market.
